EagleCast Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing https://eaglecast.us or purchasing any subscription from EagleCast, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept all stated provisions, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Nature of the Service

EagleCast provides digital IPTV access credentials allowing subscribers to stream live television channels, sports feeds, and video-on-demand content over the internet. Access requires an active broadband internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended for 4K streaming) and a compatible player application.

3. Connection Limits & Device Policy

Our subscriptions are configured with explicit connection maximums:

• Single-Screen Subscriptions: Permit one active concurrent stream at any single moment. You may install your credentials across multiple household devices, provided they are not streaming at the exact same time.
• Multi-Screen Subscriptions: Explicitly permit 2 or 3 simultaneous streams respectively, matching the purchased tier.
• Re-streaming, redistributing, or reselling EagleCast line credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.

4. Service Availability & Scheduled Maintenance

While EagleCast maintains a 99.99% server uptime SLA, occasional maintenance or upstream broadcast feed fluctuations may happen. We perform non-intrusive cluster balancing during off-peak hours to minimize disruption.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with standard international commercial standards and local regulations governing digital telecommunication services.
